On this day in Harare in 1972, Zimbabwean footballer Vitalis Takawira was born. Takawira rose to fame playing for popular Harare outfit, Dynamos, where he was top goal scorer for five seasons. Takawira was the top scorer in the Zimbabwe Premier Soccer League three times. In USA he worked as a coach and for this reason he was regarded as a victory.
