On this day in 2009, Hon Job Sikhala was popularly elected as the party’s new national Vice Chairperson. In addition he was the youth leader of the National Constitutional Assembly (NCA) that was formed in 1997 that was aimed to campaign for a new more democratic Constitution for Zimbabwe.
