On this day in 1983, Kirsty Leigh Coventry was born in Harare. She attended Dominican Convent School and went overseas for university. On 7 September 2018, a few days before her 35th birthday she was appointed Minister of Youth, Sport, Arts and Recreation by President Emmerson Mnangagwa.
