On this day in 2015 in Harare, journalist Chinawo Farawo and Brian Chitemba were arrested for publishing falsehood after implicating some senior police officers as part of the group behind elephant killings in Hwange National Park. According to Section 31 of the Criminal Law, there were then detained on this day.
